Simply follow the instructions below to return an item to us in the same condition that it was shipped to you in if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase. We will deduct the cost of postage from your refund.
Within 60 days of the order delivery date, you must seek a return authorization number, and we must receive your return within 14 days of giving you a RA#.
For exchanges and returns, customers are responsible for paying all freight costs. You will be liable for the shipping costs to send the shoes back to us and for the shipping costs for the exchange pair, for example, if you order shoes that come with free delivery and you would like to exchange them for a different size.
If you can’t find any warranty cards, drop us an email and we’ll provide you the details you need to get in touch with the manufacturer. We exclusively work with reputable manufacturers that typically treat us well when there are issues with the warranty. We will use all effort to ensure that you have a wonderful shopping experience!
